Frinally. (Sorry, not sorry.) How was your week? I hope it was a great one. Did you read anything cool around the internets? If so, tell me about it below! I’d love to know what you’re reading and loving.
Friday Faves – No. 55
This week was packed but great. I went to a fun goal-setting event on Tuesday night put on my friend Katie that really helped me with a few of my long-term goals. Then, since my husband was out of town for a few nights this week, I got to come home, make dinner early, and tuck myself in bed before nine.
And last night I stocked up on sugar-free bacon. You know, living my best life.
But enough about that, let’s get to the links!
Here’s What I’ve Been Reading This Week
How I Got Healthy Without #CleanEating — This is a very hot topic in the wellness world. I plan to write more about this in my Whole30 wrap-up post next week.
How Often Should You Clean Your Home — Super helpful tips about all the spots in your house.
Could Being Dehydrated Cause Brain Fog? — If you get nothing else from my site, I hope you hear that you should stay hydrated!
A Guide to Using Essential Oils During Pregnancy — I trust Dr. Sarah completely and she is so knowledgeable.
Here’s What I’ve Been Listening to This Week
Cream Makeup Products for Winter — Technically this is a video, but Ashley has some great tips and products for winter skin from Integrity Botanicals!
Here’s What I’ve Been Making This Week
Little Bits Of Paleo Burgers — From her recent “Love Your Veggie Packed Meals” eBook! (Seen in the photo at the top of the post.)
Little Bits Of Balsamic Brussels Sprouts & Bacon Chicken Salad — Also from her ebook!
I also whipped together two Thai-inspired meals this week: a Kabocha Squash + Red Curry Soup and a Green Curry served over Cauliflower Rice. I didn’t use a recipe but both were really tasty!
Here’s What I’ve Been Loving This Week
Another Week, Another Fridge — Really inspired by all her goodies!
The Ultimate Meal Prep Roundup — Everything these two do is gorgeous and this is no exception.
The Aspen Dinner Plate — I think this makes me a real adult, but since I broke one of our plates a few weeks ago, I needed a replacement and was SO PUMPED when I realized Crate and Barrel still carry the same ones!! Who gets excited about dinner plates? This girl.
