Happy Friday!! Whew, we made it. Full 5 day weeks after holidays feel so long, don’t they? On Wednesday I thought it was Friday. You know that’s never good.

I hope you’ve had a great week. January always kicks off with a bang but I like how the colder weather and earlier sunsets encourage you to stay inside. In just a few months people will be out and about all the time and it’s nice to have a reason to be home for a bit. (Can you tell I’m an introverted homebody?!)

I’ve also been making a few slider variations with beef and lamb, I’ll write those super simple recipes down sometime to share with you! We make them at least once a week.
