It’s been a few months since I’ve done one of these beauty favorites roundups, and I have a few recent favorites I want to share with you!
November Beauty Favorites
November can be a hard month when it comes to beauty products because it can still be warm (like it was here in Arlington) or it can be cool. It leaves you wondering what your skin needs when the weather is all over the place.
Admittedly, my skin has been kind of crazy lately. I think I’m becoming more and more sensitive to dairy and I haven’t been really strict when it comes to keeping dairy out of my diet. I mean, come on, who doesn’t love pizza and cheese?! Guilty.
But enough of that no-fun diet talk, let’s get to the faves!
Henné Organics Lip Balm V2
Speaking of cooler weather, I was on the hunt for a great, clean lip balm this year. Previously I’ve relied on Aquaphor and I knew I needed to replace it. (But oh how I will miss you, Aquaphor!) I read great reviews online for this Henné Organics balm and I agree with all the praise. It’s in an easy-to-dispense tube (unlike Aquaphor) and glides right on. I’ve been wearing this almost every day since I bought it.
Vapour Organic Beauty Lux Organic Lip Conditioner
No one has ever accused me of being a minimalist. Which is why I needed to try not one but two lip products at once! I purchased this Vapour Lip Conditioner at the suggestion of my friend, Karin, who works at Take Care Shop in DC, and I love it. I’ve been using this one at night and it’s creamier than the Henné. The creaminess makes it perfect for bedtime application. It soaks in overnight and makes my lips feel great.
(And if you made me pick one, I’d go with the Vapour!)
Innersense Organic Beauty Sweet Spirit Leave-In Conditioner
I’ll get right to it: this is my favorite hair care product right now. If you have tangles, YOU NEED THIS. This leave-in conditioner from Innersense is surprising lightweight considering how well it conditions my hair. Admittedly I do have a lot of tangles, so if you don’t, or don’t like leave-on conditioners, you might not need this. But I’ve yet to find a natural hair treatment/product that works as well as this one does.
Josh Rosebrook Cacao Antioxidant Mask
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve seen me sport this Josh Rosebrook mask several times. I also highlighted it in my 2017 gift guide. It’s just so good! I like this mask any time of year but I especially like it in the winter because it’s just moisturizing enough without being too much. (In fact, I’m wearing it as I type up this post!)
Vapour Organic Beauty Mesmerize Eyeliner in Viper
I received this Vapour eyeliner in a gift bag at the W.E.L.L. Summit I attended in NYC back in early November. I’m glad I did because, honestly, I never would have bought this shade. But it’s perfect! It’s a great plumy, purple shade and these eyeliners blend SO WELL. (I’ve mentioned Truffle in another roundup before.) If you’d like to add something fun to your makeup bag without going too far, this would be a perfect choice for you.
Osmia Organics Spot Treatment
As I mentioned above, my skin has been acting kind of crazy this month. Enter Osmia Organics Spot Treatment. This little powerhouse is the perfect antidote to my blemishes. You just roll it on top of your skincare and I’ve been applying it morning and night.
Have you used any of these? Any new-to-you products?
**This post is not sponsored in any way, I just love sharing what I love! I would never recommend something I wouldn’t use myself.**
